Ordering information is to meet the diverse needs of our customers. It is to assist you in your purchase. For further clarification or request additional information, please send us an email or call us. We will attend to your request as soon as possible.

For local orders, customers can op to self collect their products. Please call to arrange for pick up.

Local order within Singapore

Pay by Paypal. You may also pay through Inter-Bank Transfer using ATM machine or internet banking. We will send you our bank account information in separate email or SMS. Shipping will commence once we received the payment.

The shipping choices for local delivery is Local Courier. We will try to mail all orders by next business day unless we have to wait for restocking.

Delivery time quoted is based on best case and may be delayed by the weather and delivery schedule (especially on Monday and after public holiday). In some large institution, the delivery guy may send the package to the central mail room / general office instead to the address stated in the shipping label. Check with you mail room /general office if you did not receive your package.

**Our courier do not deliver on weekends and public holidays

For local orders, customers can op to self collecting their products. We will email you collection details once we have confirmed your order.

We are not a GST registered company, therefore NO GST will be charged.

International Order (Outside Singapore)

You may pay by Western Union or Paypal. Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of the products. We only accept Singapore fund.


The shipping choices for international delivery are SingPost Speed Post and FedEx International Economy.

Please note that the delivery interval quoted is based on best-case. In reality, the shipment may be delayed by the weather, local holiday, customs inspection or other natural disasters. We will not be held responsible for the delay.

We will also not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge

**We do not ship batteries for all International Orders

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. You are responsible for any additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and import duties that may impose by your country. We are not able to provide quote or estimates on the amount. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

General Matters

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the back ordered items together as soon as they are available via the shipping method you selected during checkout.


All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
